For example: ?Mark, I was just looking for something else I was just bored with my job? They?re SAYING I?m bored. What they really MEAN is that they HATE their job, they don?t like the commute, they?re not challenged, their boss sucks and they want out.
Next, you should respond accordingly. Say something like this, ?So you?re bored with your job huh? Well we all really don?t like acting like robots for someone that doesn?t care. If you were presented with a challenging new career, would that be something you?d be interested in??
If they say anything other than yes. Disqualify them. You cannot waste your time with people who are not worth it. Time is money. Remember time is the most valuable asset you have, don?t give it away.

The second step is recruiting the prospect into your 5Linx organization. This is the easy part because once you find the perfect recruit, all you have to do is follow up with them. Don?t be stalker MLM guy, but a professional.
By putting someone through a pre-qualifying process, you've already determined if they'd be worth following up with. You can do this through many different mediums, like phone calls, emails, snail mail or networking events. You have to stay at the forefront of their minds. Picture excellent service at a restaurant that you've eaten at.
What was that like? The waitress probably had charisma and a nice smile, tended to your needs by coming by your table often and the overall experience was great.
That?s what you?ve got to be like. How many times do you have to follow up? As many as it takes! You?ve got to be consistent. People want to get to know and trust you. In the end people join people not businesses. Don?t be afraid of the telephone. Don?t be afraid of saying hi every once and a while. When the time is right they?ll join you.
